Colors:
Green: Spring is in the air and it's here in many shades from Lime to Emerald. Designers and Planners have taken note, making green reflect in this invigorating and cheerful time of year. Brides might consider pairing this hue with aqua. What would be cooler than this refreshing mix.

Orange: Also on the short list is, Orange which provides a Tangy Burst of flavor to any special occasion. Combine this hue with a cheerful yellow and a splash of red to create a vivid fusion, that tempers brightness with sophistication.

Blue: Just about everyone loves sky blue. match it up with a flattering shade with ivory and you create a fresh formula that's as unforgettable as the two of you add a touch of yellow and you've just created an amazing color palette.

Food: Brides on a budget take note that cocktail hours are being extended for longer hours. Skip the entree and indulge your guests with a light fare, drinks and dessert. Mini Pies are the new cupcake and dessert station are huge hits with modern brides.

Cocktails: Signature drinks are In. Especially among younger couples it sets a tone for the evening and a statement to their guests. Give your guests something to talk about.
